Idaho Power recently held a Coats for Kids event, collecting new coats for schoolchildren in need across western Idaho and eastern Oregon. The event was funded and organized by Idaho Power employees, led by Residential and Commercial Energy Advisor Dani Rollins, who heads up the Employee Community Fund donation program for the company’s western region. Coats for Kids purchased 78 winter coats for local children — just in time for the unseasonably cold weather that hit at the end of October.
On average, Idaho Power employees donate over $1 million dollars to the communities where we live and work. To learn more about the Employee Community Fund and Idaho Power’s giving program, visit https://www.idahopower.com/community-recreation/community/funds-scholarships/
