BAKER CITY: Investigations in two drug cases

On August 19, 2019, Baker County Drug Task Force executed two search warrants within the city limits of Baker City for illegal distribution of a controlled substance.

Detectives executed the first search warrant at 3220 14th Street and seized evidence related to the Distribution of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine and identity theft. No individuals were arrested at that time and information will be submitted to the Baker County District Attorney’s Office for possible indictment. Identities of individuals associated with this residence are not being disclosed at this time.

Detectives executed the second search warrant at 1905 15th Street and seized evidence related to the distribution of a controlled substance-methamphetamine. Brandon Robert Radle, age 31 was arrested for Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine and Chuck Wayne Briney, age 26 was arrested on an outstanding warrant for Violation of Release Agreement and lodged at the Baker County Jail.

Both investigations are on-going and more information will be released in the future. The Baker County Drug Task Force is comprised of Detectives from the Baker City Police Department, Baker County Sheriff’s Office, Oregon State Police, and Baker County District Attorney’s Office.
