BAKER COUNTY: Soroptimist International offering scholarships

The SIBC InnovateHer Grant was created to foster economic development in Baker County by supporting women-owned/led companies that are beyond the idea phase and ready to grow/update their business. The recipient may use the $2,000 cash award to offset any costs associated with business expansion or updates, such as business equipment purchase, interior/exterior improvements, web page build, and product expansion purchases. Deadline to apply is April 30th.
We are also pleased to announce TWO $1000 High School Scholarships to a girl continuing her education. She must be a current graduate of Baker County or North Powder school, or within the last 5 years, and must be attending and/or accepted to a Higher Education School. (College, Trade, etc?) Deadline to apply is April 15th.
